The first thing we look at when tailoring a custom holster for you is determining where you will carry the firearm. We take a look at where you hand goes to find the pistol grip and we start from there. we take a freeze frame of that position and determine the pistol ride height on the belt, cant angle of the pistol and the position on the body. We then map out the holster build around that location.

The next piece we need to create your custom leather holster is the firearm make and model. But more than this, a custom leather holster needs to fit the pistol properly to do this, we need to account for any attachments and rails that you may have on your pistol. We will gather information about any attachments that your pistol has on it. In most cases, a pistol with attachements will need to be dropped off at our shop so that we can fit the custom leather holster properly. If the firearm does not carry any attachments, we will reference our mold library and what we have available to use for your custom leather holster.

Next we will determine how you are going to be carrying your firearm in your custom leather holster. You can have this made to be an Inside the Waistband (IWB) or Outside the Waistband (OWB). Depending on your preference and purpose for carrying, you can select from several different styles.

Comically, the most difficult part of ordering your custom leather holster is choosing the color! We offer several different colors that are very rich and have an amazing finish. Because this is YOUR custom leather holster, you can choose to have the reienforcement piece a different color than the main holster, contrasting thread colors, personalized engravings, and even exotic leathers.
